Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks with ID, or cash are accepted.  Rates are subject to change, and 7% state sales tax and 5% county innkeeper tax are added to room rates.

Bluestem accommodates only one party at a time, so check-in times and breakfast menus are arranged on an individual basis when reservations are made. Checkout is 12 noon Saturday and Sunday, and 11 am Monday through Friday.

50% deposit of total booking is required with reservation, and the balance is due at check-in. Two-week cancellation notice is required, or the deposit may be forfeited unless the room is re-booked.  $25 handling fee for returned checks.

No smoking.
No pets.
